Policy on cancellation or change of dates for confirmed booking would attract retention charges as per the hotel policies.

• 100% of the total plan if cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival date.
• 50% or minimum one night charges of the total plan if cancelled between 7 to 15 days prior to arrival date.
• The management reserves the right of admission.

• Please note our check-in : 1400 hrs and check-out : 11:00 hrs.
• We require Guests Photo ID Proof with full address on arrival.
• As per the directive given by the government of Goa's Department of Tourism, all Indian Nationals above the age of 18 are required to produce proper proof of identification upon check-in.
• Valid Identification documents include: Adhar Card, Passport, Voters ID card, Current Driver's License with Address proof. The document must include a photograph.
