Within 7 days of check in one night retention per room per night would be charged and within 3 days of check in full retention would be charged against each room cancelled.<\/li>\n<li>In case of refund, bank transactions charges will be deducted above cancellation charges.<\/li>\n<li>In case of credit card transactions, refund will be done only to the same credit card.<\/li>\n<li>The time for refund depends on the bank and may take up to 15 days for domestic Credit Cards and 25 days for International Credit Cards.<\/li>\n<li>During Christmas \/ New Year Period and Long weekends all reservations are confirmed against 100% advance payment Non-cancellable, Non Refundable and Non amendable.<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Guarantee policy &amp; Cancellation policy (FIT &amp; Package Rates): All FIT Reservations are confirmed against 50% Advance payment per room*.
