Policy:

Policy on cancellation or change of dates for confirmed booking would attract retention charges as per the hotel policies.

100% of the total plan if cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival date.
50% or minimum one night charges of the total plan if cancelled between 7 to 15 days prior to arrival date.
The management reserves the right of admission.

Please note our check-in : 1400 hrs and check-out : 10:00 hrs.
We require Guests Photo ID Proof with full address on arrival.
As per the directive given by the government of Goa's Department of Tourism, all Indian Nationals above the age of 18 are required to produce proper proof of identification upon check-in.
Valid Identification documents include: Adhar Card, Passport, Voters ID card, Current Driver's License or a PAN card. The document must include a photograph.
